技术原理
尾气脱硝又称烟气净化技术，即把尾部烟气中已经生成的氮氧化物还原或吸附，从而降低nox排放。

脱硝（脱硫）工艺流程框图

脱硝工艺的反应机理


1、轴流风机充氧一次氧化
轴流风机将含氧空气与烟气混合吹入入口烟道底部，此过程中氧气与烟气中no进行氧化反应，部分 no被氧化成no2。
o2与no反应式为
2no o2→ 2no o2


2、过氧化氢（h2o2）喷淋二次氧化 

双氧水经螺旋喷嘴以喷淋的形式将烟气中no氧化，锥形实心雾状的ho溶液能与no充分接触。主要反应式为

no h2o2→ no h2o2
2no 3h2o2→ 2hno3 2h2o
2no2 h2o2→ 2hno
3、石灰-石膏湿法脱硫浆液吸收与洗涤
燃烧后的烟气经一次氧化和二次氧化，no被氧化成no2。少量no和no2和h2o反应生成hno2，hno2与ca(oh)2溶液反应生成ca(no3)。ca(no3)易溶于水，132℃以下不会分解。

4、本设计将燃烧后烟气采用双氧水氧化剂与石灰—石膏湿法同时脱硫、脱硝技术，以脱硫、脱硝一体、效率高、成本低、系统简单的优势脱颖而出。
1）采用正压运行，能尽量使用原有除尘系统的设备，所以投资节省，运行费用低；
2）无增压风机、无除雾器，电水消耗较低；
3）多次经验，校准双氧水浓度效益点，达到合理用量。
5、小结：一般情况下，炉内脱硝的技术措施no2x2的脱除率多能达到50％。当要进一步提高脱除率时，需要考虑尾部烟气脱硝的技术措施，两种技术相结合，大幅度地把no2x2排放量降低到100mg/m3。
